People who think they are impervious to the pull of marketing have obviously never watched the Kenvelo commercial. In it, a Catholic school girl leaves the monastary to walk through the streets of Prague flashing the Kenvelo sign as hundreds of young teenagers (all wearing Kenvelo clothes) follow her to one of the brightest-lit raves I have had the pleasure to see. Of course the school girl (who has since changed into some stylish Kenvelo wear) is the DJ of said rave, and in the end everybody is dancing, flashing the Kenvelo sign, and generally being merry. Sound stupid? That's what I thought until Gavin, Mark, Shain and I spent more time in Prague's three Kenvelo stores than anywhere else.

Prague is a beautiful city with lots of medieval buildings and of course the picturesque Charles bridge. Our experience in Prague was a mixture of Kenvelo stores, beautiful scenery, and macabre destinations, including a crowded Jewish cemetary with bodies buried on top of each other and a church decorated with the bones of 40,000 plague victims. We stayed in a cute little place with a loft that was only a few minutes from the square. Amusing anecdotes include Mark and Shain being propositioned by Czech prostitutes outside of Prague's McDonald's, and leaving the bone church city only to find our train was not actually going back to Prague.

Enjoy the pictures - those of you who don't the Kenvelo sign will probably figuring it out - somebody (usuallly me) is flasing it in almost every picture. For more information about Kenvelo, consult the Kenvelo Webpage.
